The Flavour Mill (Pty) Ltd uses Dawn Wing and The Courier Guy respectively to deliver your orders as fast and as safe as possible.


Shipping prices are R65 for Dawn Wing  and R75 for The Courier Guy respectively to all areas in South Africa and free shipping for orders over R1,000.00.  All major city center areas can expect delivery between 1-2 days and outlying areas can expect their delivery between 1-3 days.


Johannesburg, Durban and other main areas are overnight shipping with Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy.

  • Any order placed before 12:00 am will be shipped from our premises the same day for delivery the next working day** (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 am will ship the next day, orders placed on a Friday after 12:00 am will only be shipped out on Monday.

Please note any delays with the respective courier after the parcel has left our premises is out of our control, but we will follow up with the respective courier and sort out the delay on your behalf, you will be notified of where your parcel is at all times.  Should there be problems with your parcel once delivered, you can contact us and explain your reasoning here: sales@theflavourmill.co.za.  The Flavour Mill (Pty) Ltd will do everything we can to assist should something be wrong with your order.

 The Flavour Mill (Pty) Ltd also has a "Combine with existing order which has not shipped yet" shipping option - this is for customers who have already placed an order and forgot to add items onto that first order, this option allows you to add onto your existing order without paying double shipping, the two orders will be processed and dispatched together as one.  Should this option be selected for your first order and your order is not above R1,000.00 (to qualify for free shipping) your order will not be processed until payment for a courier has been received.

Please note our return policy:  The client (you) is responsible for any additional charges on orders, whether they are being returned or being sent.  We cannot accept returns on certain products due to unnoticed/unknown contamination that could have occurred once the product(s) have left The Flavour Mill's property.  For more details please see our T&C page or email us if you have any questions.
